What is a birth doula?
A birth doula is a trained support person who provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational care throughout pregnancy and labor. You can think of a doula as a compassionate companion — someone who helps translate your hopes into practice and supports you through the process.
What if my labor is long or unexpected?
Every labor looks different. I am on call and present for you — without time limits or judgment. My role is to remain a steady, supportive presence whether labor moves quickly, slowly, or takes an unexpected turn.
