Childbirth Classes

Supportive, evidence-based education to help you feel prepared and confident for birth

Childbirth is a profound transition — physically, emotionally, and relationally. It can bring up questions about your body, your baby, your options, and what the experience might feel like. You deserve education that doesn’t overwhelm with jargon, pressure you into a “method,” or make you feel like you should already know this.

At Birthing Days, childbirth education is about clarity, respect, and empowerment. It meets you exactly where you are — answering your questions, building your confidence, and giving you tools that feel practical, grounded, and supportive.

These classes are for expectant parents, partners, and support people who want clear, compassionate preparation — whether this is your first birth or you’re building on past experience.

No. Our classes honor all paths to birth. We explain how births unfold naturally, and we help you understand how and why interventions may be used — without bias or pressure.

    How many sessions are recommended?
Most families find that two to three sessions build meaningful confidence, but we tailor plans to each family’s schedule and comfort level.
