Hi, I'm Kim.
If you're here, you're probably preparing for one of the biggest transitions of your life—and you may be feeling excited, overwhelmed, nervous, or all of the above.
The good news? You don't have to navigate it alone.
For more than nine years, I've had the privilege of supporting hundreds of families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, newborn care, feeding, and sleep. While my experience matters, what matters even more is how you'll feel when we work together.
I want you to feel like you have someone in your corner—someone you can trust to answer your questions, celebrate your victories, help you navigate the unexpected, and remind you that you don't have to have all the answers.
My approach is never one-size-fits-all. Every family is different, and I believe your care should reflect your unique values, goals, and journey into parenthood.
Supporting families through these life-changing moments is one of the greatest honors of my life, and I'd be honored to support yours.
My Philosophy
I don't believe there's one "right" way to give birth or become a parent.
I believe there's the right way for your family.
My role isn't to tell you what decisions to make. It's to help you understand your options, answer your questions, and provide evidence-based guidance so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
Whether you're preparing for birth, recovering during postpartum, navigating feeding challenges, or hoping for more restful nights, my goal is always the same: to help you feel informed, supported, and cared for every step of the way.
My promise is simple: I'll meet you where you are, support you without judgment, and help you feel confident every step of the way.
A Little About Me
When I'm not supporting families, you'll usually find me spending time with the people I love most.
I've been married to my husband—my best friend—for more than 24 years, and together we're raising three incredible kids who continue to keep life interesting and teach me something new every day.
Just like the families I support, I'm also a wife, a mom, and someone who understands that life rarely goes exactly as planned. I've learned that having support, flexibility, and people in your corner can make all the difference during life's biggest transitions.
I'm an Oregon native who loves all four seasons, being outdoors, and finding joy in the simple things.
A few of my favorite things include:
• Getting lost in a really good book
• Starting the day with a walk or workout
• Camping and exploring with my family
• Cheering on the Oregon Ducks and Notre Dame Fighting Irish
It's these everyday moments that keep me grounded and remind me how important family, connection, and support truly are.

What It's Like to Work With Me
When families work with me, my goal is simple: I want you to feel supported.
Not judged.
Not pressured.
Not overwhelmed by conflicting advice.
Supported.
Whether we're preparing for birth, navigating postpartum recovery, working through feeding challenges, or figuring out sleep, you'll have someone in your corner who listens, answers questions, and helps you find solutions that feel right for your family.
You can expect honest guidance, compassionate support, and a calm, steady presence through the ups and downs of early parenthood.
Because you deserve more than information.
You deserve someone who will walk alongside you every step of the way.
Let’s Connect
You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out.
Whether you're preparing for birth, navigating postpartum, or looking for support along the way, I'd love to learn more about your family and how I can help.
I'd be honored to walk alongside you through this season of life.
